Beef Stew

2 lbs beef, cubed
1/4 cup flour
3 TBSP oil
4 potatoes, cubed
4 carrots, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
4 small onions, chopped
3 cups water
1 packet Beef Stew mix

Lightly flour 2 lbs stew meat, Brown in 3 TBSP oil. Mix 3 cups water with beef stew mix, Add to slow cooker, add all other ingredients and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.

*We like to eat this with corn bread.

I agree with the corn bread too!! Almost anything is better with corn bread!!
